Resolved

This incident impacted telematics data ingestion from the following providers between January 25, 4:12 PM CT, and January 26, 12:48 PM CT:

Mercedes-Benz
Ford
VW
Stellantis Canada
Guidepoint connected car devices

The underlying issue has been fully resolved, and telematics ingestion is now operating normally.

Due to this outage window, you may observe some inaccurate off-lot alerts for vehicles connected via the affected telematics providers. These alerts will self-correct automatically as new telematics signals are received from each vehicle.

All Dealerware services, including telematics integrations and alerting, are currently operational.

Thank you for your patience while we worked to restore normal service.

Monitoring

We recently experienced a partial outage impacting telematics data ingestion from the following providers:

Mercedes-Benz
Ford
VW
Stellantis Canada
Guidepoint connected car devices

Our team has identified and fixed the root cause, and telematics data ingestion is now recovering. We are currently monitoring to ensure data continues to process as expected.

During this recovery period, Service Advisors should verify that contract starting fuel and odometer, as well as ending fuel and odometer values, are accurate on contracts for vehicles connected via the affected telematics providers. If any discrepancies are observed, values should be corrected manually. Please reach out to support@dealerware.com if you require assistance correcting data.

All other Dealerware services remain operational.

We will provide a final update once we have confirmed that data ingestion has fully stabilized.
